2.2 Vehicle Requirements: Book a vehicle that accommodates your travel party and luggage. Child passengers are considered individuals for booking purposes.
2.3 Special Requests:Notify us of any specific requirements, including wheelchair access, during the booking process.
3.1 Quotations: Prices are based on the information provided. VAT may apply. Material changes to the itinerary may lead to quote alterations.
3.2 Waiting Period: A standard 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time is included. Additional waiting time incurs charges at our standard rate.
3.3 Confirmation: Review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify inaccuracies may lead to delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.
3.4 Payment: Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their behavior and any damage caused to the vehicle, leading to additional cleaning charges.
4.2 Restrictions: Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Child Safety: Ensure appropriate restraint of children based on age, weight, and height regulations.
4.4 Passenger Limit: National Airport Taxi adheres to legal passenger limits and insurance regulations.
5.1 Cancellation Policy: Notify us of any cancellations promptly. Charges may apply based on the driver's travel to the cancellation point.
5.2 Online Bookings: Cancellation before dispatch may incur charges outlined in our policies.
6.1 Delays: We aim for timely arrivals but are not liable for uncontrollable delays.
6.2 Luggage: Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 Vehicle Breakdown: We'll arrange an alternative vehicle promptly in the event of a breakdown.
6.4 Indemnity: You agree not to hold National Airport Taxi responsible for expenses, damages, or losses arising from actions of your party.
7.1 Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking if the vehicle or driver's safety is compromised, without offering refunds for the terminated journey.
8.1 Subcontracting: National Airport Taxi may subcontract services as per this agreement.
8.2 Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Existing bookings will be upheld based on the Terms effective at the time of booking.
8.3 Data Protection: We handle information in compliance with data protection laws.
8.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between National Airport Taxi and yourself.
8.5 Third-Party Rights: No third party holds rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
