Booking with us is simple and can be done online or through our customer service. You can even book in advance, up to 6 months before your planned arrival, for a stress-free experience.

What measures do we take to ensure passenger and driver safety?

We prioritize the health and safety of both passengers and drivers by implementing our Safer Journey Initiative, which includes sanitizing car interiors and exteriors before every ride and providing Personal Protective Equipment for drivers.

Is there a cancellation charge?

We offer a 100% refund if cancellation is made with at least 3 hours' notice before pick-up time. However, certain conditions apply, and refunds won't be issued in specific circumstances mentioned in our cancellation policy.

How do you find your driver at the airport?

If you've booked our Meet & Greet service, your driver will be waiting inside the airport arrival hall with a name board. Without this service, specific pick-up points in the parking lot are designated for ease of finding your driver.

Do we provide child car seats?

Yes, we offer child car seats as a courtesy service. However, availability and suitability for your journey cannot be guaranteed. Passengers have the discretion to use them, considering UK law and regulations.

What happens in case of flight delays?

We monitor flight delays and accommodate them for up to 45 minutes. Beyond this period, we reserve the right to cancel your booking but guarantee a full refund. We are not liable for additional charges you may incur for alternative transport in case of cancellation due to flight delays.
