Cancellation Timeframe: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Process: Cancellations should be initiated online or via email. Upon cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive confirmation, please contact our customer services team promptly.
No refund will be issued for no-shows on pre-paid journeys.
Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
If the passenger is uncontactable during the scheduled pick-up time for pre-paid journeys, refunds will not be provided.
